Information privacy is of utmost importance to WATG. We are committed to the security of individuals' and website users' information and collect only the information we need to facilitate communications and benefits. 



Any personal information collected from activity registrations and/or memberships is given to us voluntarily by those individuals. That information is never shared and only used by WATG for marketing and informational purposes to those individuals. Individuals are always able to opt-out of any of those communications by contacting the WATG office at watg@watg.org.

WATG will never provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside the Organization.

WATG does not collect any personal information from users browsing its website or its social media accounts. Only aggregate data (such as the number of hits per page) are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal and marketing purposes and do
not provide any personally identifiable information.

WATG only uses third-party providers whose privacy policies are in accordance with ours.

WATG is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of external websites. Your use of any linked website is solely at your own risk.

All WATG business is conducted confidentially; all Board documents are also confidential unless otherwise decided by the Board.

As the online world evolves, so may our privacy policy. We encourage members to review this policy periodically, as we will modify it over time, and post it electronically on this website. Your continued use of our website after the date that such notices are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms.
