Sarah Scovell Muraski holds degrees in English, French, history from UW Madison and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. She is also a CERI certified dyslexia interventionist. Sarah spent 25 years teaching, including private, public, magnet and charter schools, and specialized in 2e (twice exceptional) students as both a teacher and interventionist. Sarah was recognized as an Educator of Promise in Leadership in Wisconsin in 2021, and was a past Golden Apple Award recipient. Sarah has shared with educators at conferences in Wisconsin and across the US since 2011, including WATG in 2020 and 2024. Sarah is proud of the work the Kiel Virtual Programs have done to meet the needs of all learners, including expanding special education, creative planning for GT/2e students, and gathering an amazing team of educators. Sarah is invested in taking a chance on gifted learners in all areas! Sarah is an avid painter, writer and historical researcher, who likes to spend her time off casting for panfish, hiking the forests of Wisconsin, or playing piano.
