Nikki Radcliffe

Nikki is in her fourth year as the Gifted and Advanced Coordinator for Racine Unified School District. Before stepping into this role, she taught multiple grade levels in the Milwaukee area-most often 5th grade. A Wisconsin native, Nikki has also lived and taught in Illinois and Kentucky, and spent two years traveling the U.S. as an AmeriCorps member working on service projects.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Carroll University and a Master’s in Educational Technology from Concordia University Chicago.

Nikki’s passion for gifted education is deeply personal; she was a gifted student herself and knows how important it is to have access to meaningful enrichment and challenge. Outside of work, she’s a busy mom of twin 4-year-olds who still manages to find time for good books, great coffee, and the occasional travel adventure.
