Nicole Mashock

Nicole Mashock is a passionate and award-winning educator with nearly two decades of experience in instructional coaching, behavior intervention, and professional development. As the Director of the AESEL Center at FIRST Educational Resources and a Behavior Interventionist in the Ripon Area School District, Nicole specializes in supporting student success through trauma-informed practices, UDL, restorative approaches, and inclusive instructional design. She has led professional learning across the country on topics such as executive functioning, standards-based grading, and building collaborative school cultures. A former co-founder of a project-based charter school and a leader in instructional coaching models, Nicole is committed to empowering educators and creating communities where all learners thrive.
