Volunteer

Get involved during one of the best weeks of the year by volunteering at the NAGC Annual Convention! Opportunities vary and may include attendee check-in, room setup, bookstore support, and more. Shifts are flexible, typically 1–2 hours during the event. Applications are open through October 2026, with volunteer duties taking place November 5–8, 2026.

Registration

Registration is open! Registration rate periods include:

  • Early Bird: April 16–July 15
  • Advanced: July 16–September 15
  • Regular: September 16 and beyond
