Michelle Burch serves as a Gifted and Advanced Learning Coordinator for Racine Unified School District. With over two decades in education, she has worked as a teacher, instructional coach, and equity leader. Michelle is passionate about creating access and opportunities for underrepresented students and has developed enrichment programs such as Empower, STEAM en Español, and Avid Readers/Future Leaders. Michelle is a proud WATG board member and advocate for inclusive gifted education across Wisconsin.
