Description: In most districts, it is a safe bet that there is limited staff for gifted and talented or advanced learners. In this session, a panel of individuals leading gifted and talented within their district will share insights and experiences to common questions facing those in gifted education.

Participant Outcomes: 

1. Participants will hear firsthand accounts from practitioners in the field of gifted education and be able to identify that they are not alone.
   
2. Participants will be able to ask questions of the panel.
3. Participants will be able to connect with other practitioners in our community.
