Guidance and support for goal setting and monitoring the progress of students who’ve exceeded grade level benchmarks can feel scarce compared with that for students schools are working below grade level benchmarks. Inspired by a chapter by Susan Johnsen and Tracey Sulak in Implementing RtI with Gifted Students: Service Models, Trends, and Issues (2012), the Wisconsin RtI Center has developed a document for this work along with a compilation of potential resources aligned with Wisconsin DPI’s areas of College and Career Readiness.
