Jessica Albrecht-Schultz

Jessica has been an active Cesa #1 PAGE parent representative since 2016 an is currently the group’s co-facilitator.  Jessica was previously the chief compliance officer for a large distributor of mutual funds but now dedicates most of her time to advocating for gifted education and volunteering for her children’s school and activities​

Dr. Pam Clinkenbeard

Past President
Pamela is Professor Emeritus at UW-Whitewater and has been actively involved with WATG since 1996. She co-developed Wisconsin's first gifted education licensure program and has served as a board member or liaison for NAGC, CTD at Northwestern, Purdue's GER21, and European Council for High Ability. She has published several book chapters and articles in GT.

Cory Jennerjohn

Board Member
​Cory, a writer and storyteller, has experience in radio, TV, online, and with magazines and newspapers. Cory shares his gifts to further the WATG message. He is now a stay-at-home dad leading, coaching and teaching his three sons.

In the ten years since Deb was drafted for the WATG board she has filled many roles, including Parent Representative, President, and currently co-chair of the Government Action Committee.

Stacy Novak

Board Member
Stacy is a grade school gifted and talented teacher for the St. Mary Catholic Schools in Menasha, Wisconsin. She received her elementary and special education degrees from UW-Stevens Point in 2010.

Dr. Uzeyir Ogurlu

Board Member
Uzi holds a Ph.D. in Gifted Education. He currently teaches at UW-Stevens Point. He has developed programs for gifted students and their parents including leadership development, global citizenship, and peace education. He has written various articles and chapters on gifted education and creativity. His interests are talent development, creativity and the social and emotional life of gifted students.

Camryn, a current business student at UW-Madison, is studying Marketing, Graphic Design and Digital Studies. As a prior Gifted and Talented student, she is excited to now be a part of the WATG team and help other students, their families, and educators receive the same great educational experience as her.

Sharon Alexander

Board Member
Dr. Sharon Alexander is serving as the Director in the Madison Metropolitan School District. Sharon has served as a middle school principal in Illinois for 20 years and an Assistant Director of Assessment and Accountability. Her professional and personal experience, as a mother of two gifted students, Sharon joins WATG to discuss diversity issues and equity concerns with a passion for social justice and multicultural education for all. ​

Dal Drummer serves as an Advisory member of the WATG. He and his wife Jackie are co-owners of Education Works!, which offers consulting services for teachers and families of gifted children.

Secretary
Maria is a new board member for WATG.  A gifted and talented specialist, Maria believes all students deserve the opportunity to excel. In her free time Maria likes to travel with her family, make art, and read.

Nicole Meier

Board Member

Nicole has been a public school teacher for the 21 years and serves as the Gifted and Talented Program Coordinator for the Waterford School District. She enjoys reading, Brewer games, and traveling with her husband, two teens and the family dog.

Hillarie Roth

Hillarie Roth is the mom of two gifted daughters. She has been a successful homemaker for 15 years, a radio announcer, a former trauma nurse, and a current police and fire commissioner.

Dennetra Williams

Board Member
Dennetra, a California native, was an identified talented and gifted student, and is currently raising a TAG daughter in Appleton, Wisconsin. When she is not spending time with her family, you can find her working full-time to close the opportunity gap in her school district, and sitting on various boards and committees centered around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Everett, a recent Business Management and Marketing graduate from UW-Lacrosse, has a passion for child education/development and an eager drive to start his marketing career – making him a perfect fit for a WATG Intern.​

Mary Budde

Treasurer
Mary has been an active CESA #1 PAGE parent representative for seven years.  She’s helped in planning several events serving as recording secretary and financial liaison. Mary also works as an IT Change Manager for a large healthcare organization.

Sarah is a classroom teacher and has been on the WATG Board of Directors since 2000. She is the Programming Committee Chair and Acceleration Committee Chair. Sarah's previous WATG roles include President, Secretary, WATG Scholarships and Awards Chair.

Lalitha Murali

Board Member
Lalitha Murali is a gifted and talented teacher for 13 years at the Glendale River-Hills School District.  Lalitha is currently working on her PhD in Cultural Diversity.  As an educator and a Rotary Peace Fellow, she loves working with children and advocating to improve the educational outcomes for students and families in her community.  She enjoys conducting workshops for adults and children, reading books, volunteering at events, and cooking.​

Christine Wyatt

Board Member
Christine is the gifted and talented coordinator for the School District of Brown Deer, bringing her knowledge as both an educator and parent of gifted children. Christine is working on completing her Master’s degree at Concordia University. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, working out, reading, spending time with her family at their cottage, volunteering as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA, and spending time adventuring outdoors.
