SENG Facilitators
(Supporting the Emotional Needs of Gifted)
SENG Trainers train people interested in becoming SENG group facilitators.
SENG Facilitators conduct groups of parents of gifted children.
The mission of SENG is to empower families and communities to guide gifted and talented individuals to reach their goals:
intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. The beauty of SENG groups is that they feature parents supporting each other, offering advice and encouragement. Feedback from SENG parent groups is always outstanding.
WATG has had a long and wonderful relationship with SENG, and has sponsored facilitator-training sessions in a variety of locations in Wisconsin for the past three years. Two of WATG’s past Board members have been trained as Trainers of Facilitators and are certified to train people interested in becoming SENG group facilitators.
WATG has also prepared a database of trained facilitators in Wisconsin, and this list may be used by other facilitators who need a partner
in running a SENG parent group. Please note that contact information is limited (privacy) and may become out of date as facilitators move. If your
contact information is out of date, or, as a trained facilitator, you wish to be added to our list (please provide proof), contact WATG at watg@watg.org
If you are interested in hosting a facilitator training session in your area (up to 20 participants), please contact WATG: watg@watg.org
